New Voice on PBE-New Assassin
Every roster update has come with a new champion close to their release,
Juggernauts- 
Mage-
Marksmen-
So I think this new champion voice on the PBE will be a new assassin.

Technically, Jhin is a Marksmen/Assassin and Kindred was the same except for jungling. You also forgot to add that Kled is a Tank/Fighter, Taliyah is a Mage/Support(Aurelion is just classified as a pure mage), Then we had Tahm Kench also who counted as a 'Tank support' and Bard who counted as a 'Support Mage'.
Though i could consider that we 'might' be due for a 'main assassin' the same could be the same for a 'main fighter', even though Kled is basically a 'fighter' sort of champ but also gets built in a tankie style (blame the meta on that part). I don't really consider 'Bard' to be an actual support but more of a roaming 'disruptive' and 'goodies put out sort of champion' (Supporting by doing both roles that support covers, but can't stick to lanes or team fights all the time in order to get his chimes).
I could even see the possibly of getting a an 'actual' support champion who is more like Soraka, Sona, etc. who could even be centered around team fight helping by helping the team instead of focusing on disrupting the enemy team constantly (which seems to becoming too much of a thing in new champ kits these days).
Hell, would Kled be classified as a Diver champion in that regard? His ultimate is used to go over a long distance to head butt a target, his Q and E are basically stick measures and his W will brutally maul in short bursts (cool down period) when he jumps on ya.
