Why do I suck?

I am utterly awful at this game and I know it is my fault, not my teammate's, not Riot's, not the matchmaking system's, I am where I belong, way down in Bronze 4

I have a few champions I can play in each role and never refuse to play any role

I know that CS is vital 15cs ~ 1 kill I know that in teamfights I should focus the carries I know that as a carry it is my job to follow the tanks/initiators I know that it is my job to ward my lane I know that it is down to me to watch the minimap I know that taking objectives is really important for the global bonuses

So why does none of this translate into wins

I had the same problem, i realized i wasnt good enough to 1v5 carry so i just play normals and practice there. Its alot less stressful.

Experience, knownledge, awareness, the ability to react on time, quick planning, communication, synchronization, RNG, Choice, personal problems, bad days, bad teammates, really good enemy team, luck... there are so many factors to why you might have performed poorly.
