Poacher's Dirk

Did anybody even purchased this item at all? Cz up til now, I've seen absolutely 0 junglers building it. It's just Poacher's Knife scenario all over again.

Probably just me, but who knows.

(If anybody didn't know, Poacher's Knife is a jungle item where after kill-smiting the enemy's large jungle monster, you get bonus gold & bonus movement speed that decays over a few seconds. Typically speaking, an item made for counter-junglers.)
