Yasuo and the mobile meta

Do you think Yasuo will rise in popularity due to LoL becoming more mobile?

the way I see it, his low cool down dash and itemization gives him plenty of mobiltiy. item 3087 provides bonus movement speed, item 3153 and item 3142 both are built on him and have actives which help to chase and escape.

I personally love Yasuo despite having bought him very recently, and just want to know what his competitive scene is

I think Yasuo already achieved his rise in popularity after he was released. As he was released. He's part of the mobility creep. I think Yasuo has been brought into a very good balance since Riot's work to him since his release. Yasuo represents healthy mobility. Good Yasuo's are great. Bad Yasuo's are terrible. Good players make good Yasuo's players harder.

Yasuo is, in my opinion, the only truly balanced assassin there is right now. His mobility isn't so high that you can just spam dashes everywhere Riven but not so low that you're a sitting duck when engaged upon TwistedFate

As was said, good Yasuo players know exactly how to play their lane and how to merge into the midgame team fights, bad Yasuos are so obviously bad it's hilarious.

I haven't seen much Yasuo in the LPL, LCK and LCS recently, though I have seen some Koreans pick him up in SoloQ. As for him being strong still? Most defiantly! I stopped playing him for a long time and am now working on getting back into him. Needless to say I have had some monster games, and some where I may have been better just playing Orianna! I do hope I see him in the new meta though. He is by far my favorite champion.
