Atlantean Syndra, Still Not Enough
The skin still is not polished enough to be released. The spell particles are going to cause issues inside the river, and there is nothing about this skin that defines it as a 1350 skin. Syndra's release skin, Justicar Syndra, had just as many small, minor alterations to the skin as Atlantean, and yet it is a 975.
Look, the theme is not necessarily weak on this skin. The model just does NOT have the polish on the texture that we expect on 1350 skins.
On a side note, her palette is bland and indiscernible. Please, delay this skin until you address these issues. The skin as it stands, is not worth 1350.
