Please expain this to me..

I'm trying my hardest not to be toxic.. But it pisses me off so much when you get a idiot like the team I had last game. This udyr all game just stays in jungle and farms all game refusing to help the team or group up. Sure I can be quiet about it and report but what's more toxic , me calling him an idiot for not helping or him not helping all game??

Then when you try to say anything that isn't toxic like, Hey udyr can you gank, can you group , can you leave jungle he just says reported. That pisses me off even more..

Honestly I don't even think Losing a game, someone feeding or even someone trolling is what makes me mad.. I think people's stupidity in this game in general is what sets me off.

Things like pinging a lane and letting them know you are going to gank and you engage and they sit there farming minions making a 3vs 2 into a 1 vs 2 then calling you an idiot for dying. Like really? You knew I was coming, we had the advantage, all 3 of us had ults and they didn't but yet i'm the dumb one because you chose to not pay attention or simply just farm cs.

I honestly don't get people who are intentionally that stupid.

Yet I try to keep my mouth shut, I try not to say anything.. But I know in real life if someone was that stupid I would go off on them because that's how human nature works. Yet in this game we are suppose to leave human nature at the door and let people piss you off constantly or you will get punished for it. Wasting 45 minutes of a game you are trying to win because they refuse to admit they are wrong and work with the team is the biggest downfall of this game imo.

I'll probably get flammed by the people who do this but I honestly don't care, if the true hurts than so what it is still the truth.

Since you get reported for doing toxic things in game, a report should be submitted for both actions. Toxiciy isn't binary. There are degrees of Toxicity and all of them are reportable. Just because someone does something you don't like doesn't give you the right to verbally abuse them.

While I'd agree that toxic play is certainly worse than toxic language, I don't think it matters much. The larger point is that both are toxic - and neither should be considered acceptable.

I want to note that in my experience, people that threaten to report over nothing tend not to actually do so. Those who do tend to have reports that are basically worthless. If you aren't doing anything punishable, you've got no real reason to worry about reports like that.

It may be human nature to be angry at people who are doing things you don't agree with, but it's a decision to act on that anger in a negative way. In real life if decided to go off on someone, you would have consequences regarding that action. In League, deciding to go off on someone also bears consequences. Not the same ones, of course, but consequences nevertheless.
