But after he has the ability to gain AP from assists, everyone loses their minds.
Either that, or just sad Worlds fanboys who hates seeing Veigar instead of their everyday 
I don't like how popular Veigar has become. Too many Weens grabbing him and building flat damage and going 1:1 kill/death while everyone starts screaming for nerfs.
It's sad, I actually like his new stun better than his old one. I was never particularly fun of trying to use an AoE stun where I had to click a certain distance AWAY from my intended target to hit someone. Iunno, the delay just feels better for me.
I just don't know what to think about Veigar getting AP off assists. I mean, it rewards Veigars for doing stuff in team-oriented plays, so I can't really complain, I'm just not exactly fond of it.
Getting 1-5 AP per assist is pretty significant. That's an easy ~80-100AP that he wasn't getting before if he had 20 assists by the end of the game(which is a pretty realistic amount).
Not complaining, but it isn't an insignificant change.
