Riot should send you personal emails for over excessive toxicity

Like if you are insanely toxic they will send you a personal email going over what happened and also telling you ways you could improve it. Also warn you if it happens again you will get a punishment kinda thing. Not saying for everything just OVER EXCESSIVE toxicity

For extreme toxicity, they escalate the ban immediately to perma-ban.
