yes there is...
Mouse over their portrait in the scoreboard and it'll show their name and the button.
If you need/want to, you can also type out "/mute name"
There is, but they did their best to make it invisible unless u r looking for it and never explain where it is v_v
should of kept it as an always visible icon.
hit tab then mouse over their champion and click the microphone/speaker thing.
