PLEASE for the love of league

Can something PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF LEAGUE be done about Garen, he is INCREDIBLY BROKEN, i don't give a crap what anyone says, he can single handedly carry a game with a black cleaver and one armor item, doesn't matter how much arm pen you have, it still takes the whole team 15 seconds or more to kill the freaking broken ass, it's so incredibly stupid, i have no words to describe just how broken this champion is. I absolutely hate garen, with everything of my entire being.

He has a q that gives him super speed and a silence, then E's while you're silenced unable to do anything, and by the time the silence and E is over, hes able to ult you and kill you with 2000 true damage.

All riot did was nerf his speed by 5 whole points, WOOPDIE FREAKING DOO LIKE THAT'S SUPPOSED TO HELP?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, HE IS STILL UN-CATCHABLE EVEN WITH SNARES STUNS AND SLOWS HE STILL CAN OUTRUN AN ENTIRE TEAM.

So lets recap, he got buffed with a stupid villain buff, hes still unkillable by an entire team no matter how much arm pen your team has, you can kill the entire enemy team and focus garen afterwards and him still be able to just run away no matter how many snares and slows you use, lets not forget the fact that the moment he has even one health item or armor item, hes instantly from then on immortal, and all the arm pen in the world won't do a single thing even if he just has health. Also lets not forget that this "bruiser tank" kills you before his Q silence duration is over with just an E right after the Q, then he ults for 2000 true damage. Oh yeah, and if you survive the initial Q, E, don't bother flashing, he will just catch right up to you in 3 seconds and turret dive you and ult, completely wasting your flash.

And all riot says is this, "kite him, we reduced his speed by 5" , and yet that's why he can still run away from an entire team after we've killed everyone else, surviving all the damage and all the snares and stuns then defending a turret by himself.

Long story short, GAREN IS BROKEN, and nearly impossible to kite, i mean come on he can get away from an entire team of slows and snares, that is just stupid. I don't even have to be in the top lane to detest this freaking champion, when he is a tank carry, that no amount of arm pen in the game can kill, and no amount of snares or slows in the game can kite, the only possible thing that counters him, is long range snares that lux or morg has, but lets be honest, how many matches do you ever get, that your team comp actually has long range snares to kite a garen? thats right, HARDLY EVER.

I honestly don't know whats worse, the "RAID BOSS Darius" or the "RAID BOSS Garen", actually, i do know, Garen for sure, because hes a suped up Darius with super speed and a silence, which is funny considering Darius counters Garen in lane 1 on 1, but yet if we don't have a Darius, then GG. Pretty funny considering Garen can be shut down multiple times and still come out on top just in one health item buy, that's "BALANCED" And if you do manage to kill RAIDBOSS Garen, your whole team is left with minimal health to push turrets with because it took so damn long to kill him while he just spins around.
