Is Sona worth playing now?

Heck yeah, she's OP!!! See my lolking and you'll see. I only play Sona pretty much. Gauntlet and and tanky build is the way to go.

I've had a fair amount of luck with her against heavy poke lanes with little to no engage, but they don't seem to be too common lately.

Ive always liked her and the rework didnt change a thing.

Sona does a great job against majority of supports, but you need to be more skilled than your lane opponent due to the fact how easily you get blown up. But as long as you manage to remain safe, the combination of poke, heal, mobility and cc will be useful in any matchup. There isnt really a hard lane for Sona if your mechanics are on point.

Just avoid cc. If put against Thresh, Leona or Morgana, you better not get hit.

She is still, You just have to tanky backpack your teammates more. But you have to watch what items you grab and how you set up now. Because before you had free late game(more from her first time out) scaling of states. Now they just made her more like other champs. But I wish they did go back some to lasting aura. Cause Udyr is "the" melee one and his have some type of lasting effect. Which still gives him something to scale with. MY problems and i cant find a page or forum for it. Is the fact the skins don't have different effects anymore. Arcade skin don't have it 8bit effects. I really want to have riot give my rp/cash back or show sign they are going to put them back on. Its full on cheating to take something off a skin you payed for.
