Whatever happened to Justin Carter?

I just remembered this dude. He made some sarcastic comments on facebook after a League game about killing kids, and some Canadian woman got offended, called the cops on him, and he was facing prison time.

I remember we were all talking about it and how ridiculous this was back in the day (cause A LOT of people have made sarcastic comments like that before, and there's literally no evidence whatsoever that the kid would actually do anything). But I haven't heard from him in years. Also, the last documentation I can find on him is from over a year ago.
