Games simply last too long

When I have a game where 3/5 of our teammates are literally disconnected or afk for roughly 1/4th of the game each, even if we have 2 people who don't want to surrender, games should really close out before 40 minutes. Who the hell wants to sit through that without just afking?

inb4 "Yeah, for my team, I'll just feed for like an extra 25 minutes, because they want to lose slower..."
