Basicaly I'm looking for a champ that can stomp lane early, shred turrets, and carry hard for about 20 minutes. I'm looking to get this account to at least silver by the end of the season. I'm looking for top, mid, adc, and even jungle. I know the obvious answers but I thought I'd ask in case anyone had any unique/strong opinions.

if you wanna play top lane you can carry really hard with the above champions, assuming you win your lane with them.

All have really good early game and are capable of roaming well.
Oddly, i've found heimerdinger good for this, at low ELO nobody knows how to deal with his constant lane pushing. Main thing is if they go back to buy, you take their tower.
