It is NOT FUN to have Pantheon throwing his Point & Click Q during the whole laning phase
Either turn it into a skillshot or up his mana cost. It's becoming a nuisance whenever I just came for some farm.

Pantheon used to have a quite high mana cost associated with his q. So much so that manamune was built on him. I think he could go oom a bit faster and it would be a bit less oppressive in lane. He is supposed to burst people out with his kit, not have infinitely spammable undodgeable harass. Its already near impossible to trade with him given that he'll use his stun to ensure he procs his shield passive twice abd negate most of your damage. He also has a long range teleport so that its difficult to even take advantage of his back timings.
Imo his Q should be skillshot but that's just me
