When can we get Announcer Voice Packs for League?

DotA 2 has them, Dawngate (rest in peace) had them, SMITE has something very similar.

Imagine having Draven be the announcer for your match, how cool would that be? Of course, the announcer wouldn't be tied directly to which champion you are playing and you could pick freely between the ones you have purchased.

Now I don't know the exact specifics and cost of creating new assets to bring into the game, but I'd think having a VA spend a couple days recording lines would be a lot quicker than having artists design new skins. Obviously these are two completely different areas, but if you have visual artists designing skins, I don't see why you couldn't have voice artists do lines for custom announcer packs.

i know a ton of people would love these and I've heard people wanting something like this several times in the past. Think of all the money you'd get Riot! $$$
