No what? What is the question you are answering?

S H A Y C 01 votes

The only question you asked.

is elohell real?<

phirestarter1 votes

This is a safe space for those being victimized by the eloprivileged classes. Please don't be toxic.

S H A Y C 03 votes

How is answering the question you posed to the entire user base of the boards "toxic"? You didnt leave a no answer so i had to type it in. Anyway you should be thanking me for debunking the myth for you.

Bro

don't burst the bubble, They need a religion in times of despair. If he is bad and he can't face it, leave him the myth of elohell to blame on so he can have peace with himself.

You are very wise Senpai

Jubbinaut4 votes

I don't think disagreeing with you quite qualifies as "toxic."

phirestarter1 votes

oh hai, it's you again... :(

It's always me. Miscellaneous is my home-away-from-home.

phirestarter1 votes

Well at least we can agree that Miscellaneous is the best of all the forums.

Jubbinaut2 votes

I like it. Though if they ever bother putting in a PB board, I'll probably start living over there.

eloprivileged classes

Is this actually a thing?

Jubbinaut2 votes

He would like very much to convince people that it is. Also that players such as myself (who don't play ranked because they're aware they aren't very skilled) are "elodelusional."

S H A Y C 02 votes

It's the first i've heard of it. I wonder how the membership process goes...Does it cost IP or RP?

Jubbinaut1 votes

It would have to be RP. If it was IP, then just anyone could get in. And what would be the point of that?

S H A Y C 02 votes

Sounds legit

phirestarter1 votes

oh yes. revolution is coming my friend, a disparity this large between elo classes is not sustainable.

coltfan081 votes

You won the game. It isn't elo hell. The concept of elo hell is when you can't win a game no matter how hard you try to carry. Trolls exist, you have better odds of playing against them than with them. In this game, the odds worked out how they were supposed to.

phirestarter1 votes

5 wins === 1 loss === elohell

S H A Y C 01 votes

Yeah that is rough. There is one thing about the system i dont like. When you lose more lp than you win, it is the system adjusting your gains to place you where you belong, in this case it is saying you are performing below average for your tier...but you are at the bottom bronze 5, so does that mean it is trying to tell you to play normals? It makes no sense for anyone to take those huge ip hits when in bronze 5, there is no tier correction necessary, a 1:1 ration seems reasonable or even 2:1 to tell you "hey man, you really arent ready to start climbing, keep practicing" but 5:1 is a little excessive.

It isnt elohell, it just means you lose a heck of a lot and climbing wont do you any good because you will just lose at a higher elo and fall back immediately.

season 4 i placed bronze 1 and fell all the way to 4 right away. I wasnt ready for ranked, and i kinda know that. But i assumed there would be a hard reset like my friend told me happens every season, but rito had a brilliant idea to knock EVERYONE down a peg guaranteed..they even told us upfront it was comming. it was too late for me by then, my mmr was tanked. But after much practice, study, and calls for help (FHMarshy was one of them also shout out to Whiteshaddow1, he broke downa lot of mistakes for me and i improved a lot.) i now gain more or as much as i lose and am ready to steadily climb the ladder.

its only hell if you accept it and dont try to get out. You cant expect the system to climb for you.

I notice you didn't bother to report him.

phirestarter1 votes

nice try. I didn't report him when i took the screenshot. I did after. However, I've been placed with this same troll on my team on at least 3 previous occasions since i started keeping track.

Jubbinaut1 votes

Oh? Do tell! Do you have dates/champs for these match-ups?

phirestarter1 votes

from my spreadsheet:

trollnameremoved x x 3/22/2015 DODGE! self admitted troll, spotted multiple times, afk all game sometimes

troll name removed x x x 3/28/2015 surrender spam + intentional feeding if he doesn't like the way the game is going

Jubbinaut3 votes

Well, since you were kind enough to leave the TF's name in your image, I took the liberty of looking through his Match History for 3/28 (since I couldn't check dodges). On that day, he won 6 out of 17 total games.

I just finished manually checking each of those 17 games, and finally found the one he was match with you on. I find it hard to believe he was intentionally feeding with a KDA of 13/6/12. And it's probably not particularly fair of you to make the accusation, since you had the same number of deaths in that game - with less overall participation.

In fact, Azir had the most kills in the game, the highest cs in the game, the most wards placed in the game, the highest gold total in the game, the highest dmg to champs in the game, and the second-fewest deaths in the game.

So how does he qualify as a troll?

phirestarter1 votes

woops! i didn't mean to do that since it's against forum guidelines, and I personally am not interested in calling out individual trolls here.

This is mainly for comic relief.

I've updated the image and removed the name.

Now you were not in any of those matches so you cannot look at end game statistics and get an accurate picture of what happened. It would be awesome if riot made the chat logs available, but they aren't.

I have no idea what happened that game, that's why i wrote down notes, and if I did that then it's true. Obviously, at some point the troll started feeding because HE thought the game went too long and wanted to quit or whatever.

So you're armchair analysis is not only incorrect and spurious, but flies in the face of what THE TROLL HIMSELF POSTED IN END GAME CHAT THIS GAME, which is ALL THAT MATTERS.

**tl;dr troll self admits he's a troll, another forum troll, who cannot face reality apparently, does some hack analysis proving nothing**

I can get a pretty solid picture from a match history. It's honestly not that hard. I can't see what he said, but I can see what he did fairly well.

So if he was intentionally feeding - with all of 6 deaths - what were you doing with your 6 deaths?

Funny thing, I've read that chat a couple times, and I still don't see where he said he was a troll.

no you can't. you just like rationalizing your own BS, it's kind of sad the lengths you'll go to in order to deny reality.

get help.

Here's what I can tell:

Bot-lane was off to a very rough start, with Karma feeding an First Blood before the 4 min mark. In fact, Karma gave up 5 kills before the 20 minute mark - the most in that phase of the game. Your own first death was just before the 10 minute mark, near Xin taking down Varus. The first tower down in the game was yours, marking a total of 4 kills and a tower for Red's bot-lane, compared to one, possibly two assists for yours. Definitely a difficult early game.

Mid seems fairly dominant early, though it was a slow start. Azir took the first kill in the lane a bit after 8 minutes. Teemo made up for that off of a failed gank, though it didn't help him for long - he died again shortly after. Azir's first death came around the 19 minute mark, to Varus - the result of a roam from one or the other. That fairly well marks the end of laning phase.

Top seems even early on. They seemed to trade kills back and forth pretty consistently, though some went to (and were taken from) junglers. Still, Fiora managed to shove pretty hard - looks like she burned two towers within the first 20 minutes.

Your Junglers were both very active. Amumu managed an early dragon - which I imagine made a very big difference, but both of them were very actively ganking, which is nice to see. Many of those ganks, though, seemed to end poorly for either the laner or the jungler.

Focusing specifically on Azir going forward: His deaths over the rest of the game are sporadic. The one about 19 mins and another just after the 20 minute mark are probably the two closest together, and both look like they happened in large teamfights - in the second, your team broke even. He picked up a few double-kills after that, and traded his next death for a kill on Fiora at about 27 minutes. Around the 31 min mark he fell again, along with Xin. I doubt Amumu took him down alone, though, so it was either a low-kill teamfight, or a rolling-death-ball. My guess is by that point he was trying to keep things cleared, or apply some lane pressure (thus the enormous CS advantage), because he was caught out again around 36 minutes. His last death occurred at 49 minutes, while they were shoving in your base (you lost all three inhibs around the same time).

His build seems reasonable, especially for bronze. I would have recommended a Void Staff earlier than never, and I think Lich Bane would probably have done more for him than IBG - but then again, he may have been trying to deal with Fiora and Varus' massive AD dmg output. I also think the Mobi's may have been a poor choice, as he doesn't seem to've been doing much roaming.

Honestly, if there was anyone in that game (this is the one on 3/28, remember) that I would guess was a troll, it would be the Karma. But I'm not sure I'd even say that with any real certainty.
