An idea for Victorious Skins

I heard some conversation on the boards between a rioter and another player regarding victorious skins in past seasons. There are problems on both sides - 1) players feel bad cuz they can never get that skin. 2) the players who did get it will feel like they got cheated cuz they worked hard for it. Well I have an idea that might compromise. Its actually really simple lol. Basically, if you reach gold or higher by the end of the season then you can choose ONE of the victorious skins. Thats it, just one. It could be from a different season, or this season. But you can only choose one to receive for the season. Players that already have the victorious skins when they were released will get a little something extra like they did with championship riven. I think this is a good way for players who don't have the victorious skins happy that they have a chance to get it, and will not make it like theyre just giving away the skins willy nilly. I hope someone at riot sees this and thinks on it.
