I'm not saying she can't shine, I'm saying that people almost never see her outside of ARAM (and only rarely there for that matter), and as such don't realize that she's worth playing. Most other champs with a weak laning phase have some very significant benefit for their team, and as such get played for that, most people don't see a net benefit from playing poppy (with the possible exception of creeping people out with Lolipoppy).

not as fair as building an item that does 8% of your enemies current hp as physical damage per attack gives attack speed damage and heal you per attack and having a skill that does 8% of enemies max up every 3 attacks plus 60 and its all true damage while building crit for max damage and incase the enemy was thinking they were gonna negate my physical damage and crit i got armor pen and onthe other hand i could just over heal all the damage i would be takeing if they decide to make me do myself damage per auto. dont think i do enough damage i pop my ult for more and roll for more than that with spurts of invisiblity and its up every 2 seconds you come too close get back i dont know you like that

in exchange that you build enough damage to 1 hit assassinate the carry and reach there before your ult wears off then you really deserve to if the carry doesnt want to be 1 hit killed defensive items are always an option

to be fair when you ult the guy with little damage that person usually has some cc to help the the team in the time it takes to get in the back and half of your ults time is gone adcs having thier own cc that wont work but they also have mobility from items and spells

My main is at 146k, but Poppy is a whole new beast to tame. I'm currently trying to get another couple higher than 40k. I only have 5-6 champions "mastered" and a lot more rank 4.
