after rito permanently banning my account for no reason after me buying 6300 rp, im afraid to buy any RP if i create a new account. I wanted to go long term on league and if this is what happens then i dont know what should i do.

if you bought Rp and then your account was closed cancel the transaction with your card company. What is riot going to do block you from the account after it is banned?

So no, if you were caught using third party software to level an account for you, it was a valid ban. If you want to have an alt account, level it up yourself.
