Recently I've been playing Singed and I laned against a Teemo today. I couldn't farm or do anything, he would just harass me whenever I came close and I started with

but it didn't seem to do too much. I just don't know what to do when I'm against a Teemo. Any help?
Mistikal1 votesIf you're just absolutely dead set on playing singed, you sit in lane until 6 and soak exp. don't even try to farm unless under tower. then you proxy farm and feed to win.
Other than that, play

or anyone else who can jump on him and not be auto attack dependent.

Mistikal1 votesYepp. and then you go back to the same spot and do it again continuously. you drag their jungle to you and give your other lanes the ability to pressure freely. by cutting the wave teemo can't push your tower. no minions. around level 15-16 you may be able to fight with him. maybe not. doesn't matter. keep proxying any and all lanes you can and just be obnoxious.
LordGeovanni1 votesi usually take teleport and ghost but flash will work to when they come for you i run for a wall they can easil chase me around and flash it but i usually take ghost so i out run them while warding the lane recall buy 
asap and teleport back into the lane and continue proxy farming get boots after tear of the goddess and you should be able to make an escape if you proxy farm if you get 2 mins with out being ganked or with following you he loses lots of gold and exp while you and you can jsut sit in the bush or if teemo doesnt bother you he will miss farm while you cant miss the gold though you have to stagger the poison active

MistroTTC1 votesFirst of all start corrupting potion, then try and save up for a specters cloak, this makes it so you can survive his poke and farm, and with the dorans ring you should buy afterwards, you should be able to duel him with your ult. Also banshees veil is better against teemo.

MistroTTC1 votesIts more for the shrooms, he wont hurt you much by the time you get it, that and the passive from veil is so much better unless your playing someone with built in sustain like mundo or nasus.
