I thought skins came out on sale?

Skins no longer come out on sale. Especially with the Early sales a couple months down the road. Also, Legendary skins never came out on sale.

They stopped doing that and now their weekly sales have 4 champs and 4 skins instead of 3 champs and 3 skins.

Yeah where is the sale? I was waiting for the skin to come with a discount like Riot always do. When that changed?

Well I already bought it for 1820 so if they put it on sale so soon, I want a prorate. Just saying.

Re read what you you think you read because you're misinterpreting it. The sales happends 4 to 6 months after its released.
