@Riot very important please help with account

On August 31st, I received a 14 day ban for being toxic. I had a really bad day and just had to vent. I waited until September 13th to get unbanned, but my account was still suspended. I waited a day, then a few more, then a week, then a few more weeks. I emailed a Riot employee to see why my account wasn't unbanned. I got about 3 or 4 of the same premade emails telling me why I was banned and after a few days I got a real one. About every day or so I would finally get a response. On one of the last emails he told me it was a "visual error" and that I was permanently banned from League. I asked him why I was permanently banned if it clearly stated that I was banned until the 13th of September. He hasn't responded since. Can a Riot employee respond to this post and unban my account. Thank you.
