Permanently banned account Arbiter please respond
Can I please get an Arbiter to respond? I have been trying to have a conversation with a Riot employee for 2 months now, but they usually just stop replying half-way through ( for no reason ).

if its perma banned it WILL NOT be reversed
As a long time player, i am happy Riot is banning disrespectfull players! thanks riot keep him crying!
Well unless you post your Reform Card we can't help you understand why you got banned. What we can say though is that unless it was a chargeback ban (which is lifted once you pay the amount required) or a Summoner Name ban (which is lifted once your name is changed to something more appropriate) your permanent ban will not be lifted. It doesn't matter if we don't know the full story, the fact remains that permanent bans are not overturned if the permaban was issued for behavioral problems in-game.
Like I said before though, we can't help you unless you post your Reform Card first (check your email/spam folder or your game client to try to find it, and if you can't then file a Support Ticket asking for them).
We're not Riot employees. We're volunteers. We cannot pull your logs or remove/change your ban. We can give you a player's perspective on things.
Why don't you post your Reform Card and we'll see what we can do?
