Account was banned very important someone please help

My account MinkyMan was banned on August 31st until September 13th, a 14 day ban. I waited 14 days to get my account back, but never got it. I emailed Riot and it took a very long time to get a LEGIT email. They eventually emailed me back saying that there was a visual error and I am perm banned. The thing is, I couldn't even get on my account so there is no way I could have been perm banned. They later on basically told me that it is my fault for not keeping my account secure and they will not be lifting the ban. So someone probably hacked into and they caused a visual error on my account so I couldn't do anything. It was their fault, and I think it is extremely unfair that my account is permbanned. May a Riot employee please respond to this and may everyone +1 this so others can see. Thank you.

Hey Minkyman,

I took a look into your tickets and into your account and it does appear that the card you were provided upon your suspension did have a display error on it. There was no visual error on your account caused by another player logging into your account, this was a small error with the instant feed back system at the time. I am sorry for any confusion the error has caused on your end but the permanent suspension currently on your account was the intended punishment when it was issued.

I've already seen someone else get this problem, so it's apparent that some permaban accounts were accidentally sent emails that said their ban was 14 days.

That was an error and your account is actually permanently banned. If your account was stolen, then you need to submit a Support Ticket and have that dealt with before you can contest a ban for things that happened when someone else had it.
