Still waiting on a response from Riot almost a year later.

A while back someone had hacked into my account and I couldn't log on. They had been toxic on my account and I received a permanent suspension. I had contacted Riot asking them if they could lift the suspension, but they basically told me it was my fault that I let someone else on my account. I told them that I couldn't help it, and I had told them what happened immediately (regarding the hack).

I realize that I had been toxic beforehand, but I made attempts to better myself (which I did) such as write the things down that I'm mad about in the game rather than flame in the chat, which was one of the things Riot had suggested I believe. Even though I told them I couldn't help I had been hacked and that I told them ASAP, it didn't matter.

I have so much time and effort put into this account and I really want it back (along with all the skins my friend got me XD). I have another account that I have not once received any restrictions on and anyone that plays with me can tell you I've reformed. I love the account that I have right now, but getting back my very first would make my day.

I really hope I get the account back and thank you for your time!

You know what, this same thing happened to a couple friends of mine. It really bums me out to see people lose accounts for some things that aren't really the case. One of my buddies I frequently play with had been pretty toxic, but after a 14 day ban he decided enough was enough. He moved his chat and reformed, but one day he said one negative thing and it was something like, "Man i just wanna win my dang promos" and "Guys can you plz frickin try" something to that effect. He gets perm banned and i felt really bad cause he spent alot of money and time on this game. This seems like the same case and I don't want to see this happen to others. If what you say is true than, yes Riot has some reason to maybe chat restrict or even 14 day, but if someone hacked into the acc. than Riot you really need to consider unbanning this. If this ever happened to me I would really be angry. No offense, but if it has taken a year to get back to him than he definitely deserves a big explanation(no premade emails) or an unban. I hope my comment has helped and maybe opened the eyes of the viewers. I really just do not want to see this happen to anyone else.IT SUCKS!Thank you and please help this guy out Riot. Rito pleeeease show us that you can do something for one of your players!!!! Personally if they have proof that they've reformed I think they deserve their account back, especially if it got hacked unintentionally -_-.

Dude that is very sad. Next time just be a little less toxic. This would of never happened if you hadnt of been banned previously. I, of course, am not MinkyMan so i know nothing of the situation but I do believe that he needs an unban, by the looks of it, and the info given this sounds like it was not his fault, for at least most of it. Riot, you should def give this guy another chance and if anything else happens, perm him and ignore. One more chance should do it and if what he says is true, then he wont be toxic, if not he can get the perm and it will stay that way.#GIVEhimONEmoreSHOT

Riot... where is the customer service???? Damn one my brother's account got hacked and perm banned. He spent over 300 dollars on League and wasn't ever banned or chat restricted previously, and it had the email verification to "prevent hackers". He was a fantastic add-on to the lol community. After his account was perm banned, he has never touched anything that has to do with lol since. I have to say, you sure are staying strong sticking to a game that has betrayed you, your account, and your bank account. Riot has a thing for "no 2nd chances" and it is getting out of hand. I really hope your account's restriction gets lifted, as well as this banning system.

Nah bro I dont really see an unban happening. It really is not your fault, but Riot has a right to ban. Toxicity is toxicity whether or not it was you. The hacker got in and was toxic but you gotta secure more. I would like you to get the ban lifted cause it doesn't really sound like its ur fault, but Riot does have some hold behind their decision. I can see both sides so i guess all thats left is for the big man to decide.

TENCENT doesn't make money by unbanning accounts so chances are you're screwed but if you end up actually getting a good turn out you should let us know. I'd really like to see one of these issues resolved in a positive manner since there are so many posts on the boards about issues like this with account support issues.

Mate I got my acc unbanned but posting on boards wont do it. Contact their support and ask them to take a look. For me the whole proccess ended up after a week and then a 2 week ban instead of perma one. Since that moment(March) I reformed quite a bit. The feel you lost something tastes bad

Same thing is happening with me but instead of being toxic the hacker used 3rd party modifications to the client, and that was about 4 months ago..

I dont see myself getting my account back ;(

I highly suggest you add in a couple of paragraph breaks, in these places:
