Why are people in this game the biggest grouping of wuss's in all of gaming communities?

This is the only game (and highly competitive game at that) where you get PUNISHED for talking crap. Why? This is the only one. People get so butt hurt if you call them out about anything... and if you are remotely stern about it you get a chat ban. What kind of kinder garden class rules is Riot running here? Is everyone that plays this a child recently off their mothers tit who has to be coddled and treated like a precious baby? No. The player base is mostly adults or teenagers. Never seen a bigger group of pansies in any gaming community I've ever had the experience of getting into.

I could understand if it was just getting punished for racist comments... or legit death threats... or something like that... but talking crap and calling someone out because some jack a$$ runs his character into a dark jungle on their side of the map when 3 of them are mia, recently seen in that area? Or any other similar situation. No. That's ridiculous.
And the LCS is treated like a sporting event? With a big a** stadium and trophy, and all kinds of crap... What kind of sports teams don't talk smack to each other? Exactly... none. Its like some "Mothers of America" like activist group that turns men into vgna's got to the staff at riot and said "MAKE PEOPLE STOP BEING MEAN TO MY BABY!" The only reason I put up with it is because you make an excellent moba.

But God D**m... wtf is wrong with you people.

Added after post:

Let me clarify. I am talking about when people get punished after giving another player advice in a stern way... that player then getting butt hurt because he was called out... then that player after game click "Report" and the player giving advice to the player in the wrong, getting a ban just because he decided to speak up. I don't blindly rage at people. And I always reinforce with reasoning for what I said, and fixes for the problem. The word "toxic" should refer to people who blindly just curse and scream and flame people with no solutions or helpfulness.

More clarification:

The game I got a chat restriction was after a win, when all I did was tell the guy to ward. I didn't even get mad. I just said this word for word "As a mid you need to ward or you'll keep dying" ... dies again "Man just ward" ... The he dies again... and screams... "NO GANKS!"... naturally. And I just stopped talking at that point, because people like that will never improve because they don't want to.... BOOM! Game ends... chat restriction 30 minutes later. I am the toxic one? No... People like that are toxic. And even had I flamed him (which I didnt)... I still would have been more right than him. People who refuse to take responsibility or even try to learn... those are the toxic ones to this community. They are the ones that degrade the gaming experience. Not people who get mad at people like that. (I was the adc, not the jungle which I feel like people may have assumed)

Or, you could just be mature and respectful. Is there something wrong with that? Is it too hard?

This guy is so right. I mean honestly this community is the biggest group of crybaby tattletales I have ever encountered. To make it worse, riot empowers such brats with words like Toxic and their ridiculously skewed reporting system which the crybabies use to get back at everyone when they lose a game.
You have to take solace in the fact that these little whiners will never actually make it in the real world without thier mommies and laugh at them for never being able to stand up for themselves or take real initiative.
Thanks for trying to reform the gamer's internet Riot, but u will only ever be a small part of it, and your LCS will be revealed for the sham it is eventually. Good Day.

If you want this game to grow, stop being a douche.

Because being kind and polite and respectful to the plethora of players who join ranked games with little to no understanding of game mechanics knowing they will probably end up doing poorly, then ignoring the advice of people who clearly understand whats going on better is the way that you will get through to them. No. It starts with politeness, but most of the time, no one heeds it and does their own thing...

People to often in Solo Queue refuse to work as a team, or listen to direction. Its a team game, and seeing as you are forced to finish the game with said people who haven't yet listen to reason, you should not be punished for getting mad. That's human nature.

I agree, it's pretty sad that so many players act so childish.

I mean, you'd think that by the time they're adults or teenagers, they would have already learned not to be a jerk to people.

Guess it was too much to ask that people actually learn how to behave in society as children.

Yes, there is when you get 4chan troll types joining games just to mess with people.

Oh and while we are on this subject. The ranked solo queue system is ridiculous too. I don't believe there is an elo hell, however... I do think that getting out of bronze is harder than climbing to high gold from low silver. Last season I only played for the last ten weeks and placed in B4... about 8 weeks of those were in bronze bouncing back and fourth constantly... I was 4 wins from gold the last two weeks of the season. Climbed from S5 promo to mid S1 in two weeks (approx 50 games due to the MMR hit from bronze)... simply due to the fact that I USUALLY carry pretty hard, and the amount of unreasonable bad players was significantly cut as soon as I exited bronze. And no, my know how in the game did not change dramatically in this time. I just got a lucky win streak without bad team mates. That's it.

My point with that is... the way the ranked solo queue works for new players (who are good players) forces them to play for an unreasonable amount of games in a league far below their play level. (Assuming they are placed in bronze)

Nightmares about bronze. My win rate there was like 50.5%... my win rate in silver was like 75%+.
