I could have sworn thats why they post patch notes yet there is no update to live on my client.

Network Operations – 30 minutes ago On 07/09/2015, starting at 01:30 PDT, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 5.13. At 03:00 PDT, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 6 hours.

yesterday they announced something buggy with the patch and that it was delayed, now this is displayed.

ugh so not till late thursday night for me :( laaaaaaame. Hope they get tahm out for friday
