It really sounds funny; that just because, for example, I own Project Leona, it does not mean I am a good Leona or even a good support...So don't flame somebody/me just because they lost and have a skin. It's really rude and proves you deserve to be reported.

I have so many skins for champions I don't play well due to mystery skins.
I get it all the time, and My response is this: Skins are Personalization/Customization If there was skill required for a skin, they could come with CONDITIONS for purchase, meaning they would be "achievements" and NOT FOR SALE! I Buy skins because I like them, Not because I reached a certain level of "self-superiority"
First game as PROJECT: Zed the other day, and was in a mirror matchup against a Zed with Shockblade. He ulted me literally the moment he hit level 6, and I wasn't quite level 6 yet. I died, and he said in all chat, "You might want to start considering your choice of getting that skin." dick move, I know.
So, I proceeded to focus him all game and ruined his 3/0 score. Literally ruined. He went something like 4/12 that game (we lost) and in the post-game chat, said to him, "Might want to reconsider your decision on playing this game."
Burns. Fire everywhere.
Sometimes I get kicked out of teambuilder lobby because I don't have a skiin for my current champion. Yeah, ok. Because skins make the game, right?
