Flaming because of bans?

So I'm in a lobby for ranked and our first picks are choosing the bans for both teams. Our 2nd pick lists off 3 bans he wants banned, but only 2 of them get banned by our first. Guess what our 2nd pick guy starts doing?

Yup, that's right, he IMMEDIATELY starts flaming our first pick and saying that he's going to report both him and me (I was defending 1st pick) since he didn't get all 3 bans he wanted...

Can we get a champ select report button please...
