Anyone know the drop rate the Augment Cache fragments have from Augment Caches?

I'm talking about the 295 RP ones. I couldn't find where they said what was in there. There was supposedly a chance to get more cache fragments from Augmented Cache chests... I got 0 extra from my 5 chests where as everyone else I know (only 3 though) didn't get any extra, and got an additional fragment from their one chest from buying all the IP stuff. I was wondering if I was just screwed by RNG or if my friends were blessed by it. So now I'm just stuck forever with the 2 extra Augmented Cache Fragments from buying the IP boxes (and 4x 295 RP Augmented Caches)

Purchasing one Augment Cache along with your IP caches will give you enough PROJECT Cores to craft two First Strike icons. Augment caches contain the following:

1 piece of loot (anything that can drop in a Hextech Chest) 1 skin shard 2 PROJECT Cores Chance of containing an Augment Cache Fragment You can also purchase Augment Caches and other PROJECT content in bundles. More on those below.
