Anyone know the drop rate the Augment Cache fragments have from Augment Caches?

If your talking about the IP crates then it's the same for everyone. I forgot what the link was, but they explained everything available for non rp users, even purchasable augment caches are pre determined except for stuff like skin/champ shards.
