Does this splash make anyone else wish riot would make a league fighting game?

Yes or no? hopefully it would be more balanced then league. Also League is a moba not a fighting game.

Seriously though, Riot needs to come out with something else.

as it stands they should change their name to Riot GAME

I wanted to make the joke that they already have a fighting game called League of Legends, but you ruined it with that description xD

I don't think Riot could make a convincing fighting game, not with all the Champions they have. There'd be too many copied moves.

honestly i think it would be awesome if they just used the 10 they might use for the skins

Take 3 popular champions from each lore faction

Riven Katarina Draven

Garen Jarvan Lux

Irelia Ahri Yi

and so on

Ahri isn't ionian she is an animal She has no faction and she would be a shit character for a fighting game.

Ahri would make a great for a great character in a fighting game. I imagine she would be like a foxy version of Rose from Street Fighter.

you imagine wrong rose is nothing like ahri in anyway

Not as a character, but as a thematic. Rose channels soul power into her scarf, using it as an extension of herself and even shooting fireballs. Rose's attacks/moves also incorporate a lot of wide, flowing animations.

While Ahri doesn't necessarily have a scarf to use, she does have a rather large set of tails which, in a fighting game setting, can be used for more than just decoration. These tails could act similar to Rose's scarf as an extension of her body (the tails are actually part of her body). The transition between genres isn't going to allow her moves to transpose 1:1 and some moves will have to be added, so somewhere she will have to use her tails.

Ahri also uses a lot of wide, flowing animations herself. In Ahri's basic attack and crit animations, she strikes out and then pulls away in one fluid motion. Rose's moves which attack with her scarf have her strike out using her arm with the scarf following right behind in continuation of her initial movement. The scarf flows with her movement. Ahri is always moving from one movement to the next.

League has a lot of hard hitting, fast characters which could easily make their way into a fighting game, but no other character in the game can combine fluidity, agility, grace, and power like Ahri does, making her a unique addition.

Ahri is from Ionia.

Nunya Bezwacks1 votes

she is from the woods in the continent of ionai her being an animal that was in ionai doesn't make her ionain there for she is not part of that faction your argument is invalid

Reynard the ƒox2 votes

She's from Ionia. Sorry pal.

Nunya Bezwacks1 votes

except shes not sorry kid

You can say whatever you want to help you sleep at night, but myself and the rest of normally-functioning humanity know that Ahri is Ionian.

Nunya Bezwacks1 votes
