Emh... how about to release (may be every 2nd patch) few unique summoner icons of champions just for achievement purpose. (You may start voting what icons people would like tonsee next patch. Not for free if thats important. 200 rp for vote ticket in store)

For example when you get 1m (for example) mastery points with your main then game will gift you summoner icon of this champion (can't be purchased in regular shop). I believe many people would appreciate that.

The idea of Champion based summoner icons has been bounced around a few times. I suspect Riots trying to have these icons be for special events (like the Twisted Fate/Graves icons from the Bilgewater event), but I certainly would like to see more icons.
