Are Hextech Mystery Champion shards worth getting for 1700ip?
Is it worth spending 1700ip for a shard or is it better to just save the ip and buy a champion directly?

Not if you merge 3 and get a Syndra perma
that i dont know... i know as of now i have all champs and runes... so i have nothing else to use my IP on so i use on that to get essence and use the shards to upgrade champs to mastery 6 or 7 as well... if you get the shards you can re roll them to a perm champ so or every 3 shards you re roll you get 1 champ cost ends up being 5100 IP which would give you a break on champs that are 6300 but cost more for the others
Well, I have all the champs so I get new champs day one with a 2700 IP discount
