With the nerfs to mobile champs and assassin I feel lissandra will start to be picked up more for her cc her engage/disengage and her aoe dmg which will than give her the title of "OP" but don't forget this she isn't op now so if she "OP" later it isn't her fault. Lissandra dose her job and she dose it well but she isn't super strong id say she should be the base line of what a mage should be

I don't recommend touching Lissandra, no. Not even to test how cold a witch's tit really is. Especially not that one, actually; just use a thermometer. Results in less ice spikes to the face..
she has a 2.5s TARGETED, which means you will have to get a qss or mikaels - neither of which go good on mid/top laners - or she has a free zhonyas. she has an aoe snare, huge mobility and a multitarget linear slow. she is op, and has been for a long time. on a side note, work on your spelling (they even have a built in spell checker)
just because you say they shouldn't doesn't mean they wont just saying
She has counterplay and falls off late with damage. She wont be touched
Well, she counters zed so she will be nerfed into the ground.
