Either they figured the item could be abusable as people buying Cinderhulk on every champion , or just plain r%%%%%ed.

Keep up the dumb jungle picks on wrong champions boys. You'll just get it nerfed soon.

Both of them, especially udyr have ap scaling skills.

udyr has a great kit and synergy with sheen items so its not so weird that he might build it. esp if he goes pheonix. And getting the mana back is useful. Might not be optional but definitely i can see the use.
