How come Bard is not working?

Won't let me pick him in champion select, or team builder select. What gives?

Bug where he can make towers PERMANENTLY untargetable. Wish they would announce it though.

Network Operations – Yesterday at 9:04 PM We've temporarily disabled Bard due to an in-game bug, and are working on fixing the problem.

If something appears to be disabled but there is no in-game notification, check the website's Support Status page.

he is having maintenance, but this maintenance is taking 2 days now! its really stupid, I use my money to buy something I want to play but no. screw you riot games it should not take a whole 2 days hire more staff if you have to. don't keep us waiting, I pay for your services and I am not given what I demand. Not good enough.
