I don't have anything installed as of right now if it is a problem, but I need it to play champions such as Lulu, Lux, Darius, and Nunu Bot at their maximum efficiency without spending years perfecting their hidden taunt.
You should be banned for wanting this. Laughspamming hurts your allies more than your enemies, since they will either have to ignore you or never be in the same screen as you to avoid wanting to commit suicide - and none of those options are good for the team. Enemies just have to ignore you, problem solved.

How does one get this macro?
Can i get the macro that stops ignite from landing the killing blow, cause im seeing a lot of cases of this, like a mid lane TF that has 1 bar of health left no health pots gets ignited yet doesn't die from a full ignite, and no their was no Soraka on his team, and he was only level 3 so no hour glass either and no barrier spell/heal either, explain plz how he lived through that, well I with 3 bars of health and 2 health pots in use get ignited and still die.
if the answer to that isn't yes it should be.
Laugh spamming is good fun but I don't use a macro for it. Lux is my favorite for it, especially if I take her bottom lane and enemy support or ADC misses poke, or just whenever to annoy them.
Her brother is really amazing for this annoyance factor too. While Garen's laugh doesn't seem that impressive, he has the absolutely spectacular distinction of being one of the few champions that makes a sound the instant you put in a taunt or joke, meaning you can spam him into some kind of horrific stutter-dance that cranks noise. I drew him in ARAM recently and being Garen, he doesn't have much to do in ARAM aside wait an opportunity to go in or land a snowball, so I used it a lot with his special dialogue for Darius. Truly, amazingly, amusingly awful <3.
