Riot, you still think Tank Ekko is considered healthy?

Just had a teammate attempting to go Ekko Tank top (he probably wanted to try it right after he watched the Ekko matches in LCS) and manages to outdamage Tryndamere & the constant ganks from Yi & Syndra repeatedly. This is the afterscore match (you may deduct 2 or 3 kills off since I may have healed him lots)

Even I'm not highly proud of my own Tank Ekko teammate being fed like this.

Seriously, when can there be a time where his passive can scale more with AP for burst damage instead of having its base damage being high?

I get like a two game ip boost when I'm really close to a name change and have like 120'ish rp laying around... xD

tank ekko is fine.. just rofl stomped one my last game.. i was 18-4 lol he was 4-12 and he was 1-6 during laning phase. he wasn't a bad ekko player either you just have to know how to play and pick vs him.
