Would there be any pro's for transfering from OCE too Na

I'm not saying ones worse then the other, I was just wondering if I was too transfer would it be worth also If I have 30 ping in Oce would I be able to play without too much lag . Just to be clear once more I'm not planning on transferring because I don't like oce , I just think it would be a nice change of pace.
