But since she gets this kind of treatment since people are claiming she isn't that strong whilst not worth to be nerfed, why isn't getting the same treatment? Why does he always dodged every nerf-bullet?? I seriously need a Riot's opinion on the state of Lee now.

Lee is a meme. He's commonly regarded as amazing by everyone just because they hear he is amazing. It's the cool thing to do, just like bitching about Zed or Blitzcrank.

He's just average. Nothing more. He's got some mobility, some damage, and some utility. Plenty of champs like him.
