Eliminate the race condition in pregame chat already

I'm tired of seeing pre-game chat devolve into arguments about who called what first because messages aren't sequenced or timestamped.

Please fix it so that messages appear in a strict chronological order that's the same for all players - no more of people seeing their own messages before anyone else's.

For that matter, fix the issue of messages being lost in transit while people load.

Both of these would at least eliminate animosity arising from flawed code telling each person they said something first.

lol. it's not flawed code. some people join the chat room at different times and thus receive things differently.

but that's not the point. this whole scenario will eventually be solved by the team builder program. not the first iteration as it doesn't work for draft at present. but the later ones will probably be adapted for draft. in short, RIOT is aware of the problem and your solution is a bandaid for rather serious problem and instead RIOT is going to fix the cause rather than treat the symptoms
