Anyone else experiencing major lag recently?

Now, my internet connection has always been crappy, but as of recent I've barely been able to play bot games with how bad it's been. On average I'm playing on roughly 200ping with nonstop spiking to ranges of 2k ping.

My characters and attacks are bouncing around all over the place lol; just last bot game I did here, I thought I was killing Jinx Bot, major spike hits, suspense intensifies, and then suddenly I've killed Darius Bot and Jinx Bot has run mid? x3
