A Sad growing tendency i see for Bronze/Silver players..

Some years ago it wasn't like this. Right now i see that every Bronze/Silver player is getting more and more demotivated and just incapable of reacting to their current ranking and trying to get better.

I see lower elo players that talk like they are the worst human being in existance.

Wtf is this shit coming from? I knwo that some higher eloplayers tend to talk like they are gods among cockroaches, but you shouldn't feel intimidated or worse then him.

First of all i saw Bronze players that play better then gold ones. And second you should just focus on trying to get better and ignore all this dirty talk going on around Bronze/Silver. It's just not true, folow your road and get better, eventually you'll get higher.

This is so true. Thank you for sharing. Everytime I get into an argument, people end up putting you down because of your rank. Like honestly, what the heck is my 20 games silver rank going to tell you?

yeah, unfortunatly this game is so competitive that that competition translate also on the normal chat on the forums.

It's like wtf.... I saw platinum players talk like they are a step forward in evolutions to silver players. It's more likely the opposite.

I have kind of a pessimist view on this because players will bully other players for some kind of reason and the blaming and raging at others in general is not likely to end. It's just pretty stupid that the "u are a lower division than me. therefore I am a better human being" argument is the ultimate punchline that is supposed to take all credibility from the lower ranked player. For me it is as valid of an argument as saying "I have more kills than you. therefore I am better" to your support.

If you have a plat4 rank with 250 ranked games played, good for you. I guess you deserve this after all the effort. But don't bitch about it in front of your teammates just because the color of their border is different. It's not always comparable.

I'm talking about normal games of course. This is not likely to happen in ranked games.

Yes i udnerstand that feeling very well^^ You almost nver see a Plat player teaching a trick or 2 that maybe omeone else couldn't know. They prefer bitching around how beautiful they are

Thats why kicking the shit out of them as a gold or lower player feels so good :) I know me and my buddies used to get stressed out when playing ranked 3s because we would always be vs plat players (well more like 1 or 2). But after beating their teams most of the time we realized just because they are "plat ranked" doesn't mean there unkillable. Sadly a few times we have looked at the other team and say "o wow they only silver players and bronze" and think we are going to crush them since "we just beat 2 plat players and a silver player" and end up losing badly. Bad Idea to look at ranked and just play the game and assume everyone similar skill until proven different.

Diamond players and higher though... fuck man those mechanics.

Yeah... problem is, it never goes away because Dia+ players just have the expectation that you know most of the little tricks regarding all the niche champions. I get queued with gold/ plat players constantly and still win regularly, yet people condescend because I don't play ranked on this account and therefore assume I suck because I don't have a border.

It's like 80% of the player base is looking for a scapegoat to blame when things aren't going their way, and nobody is willing to share the little tricks that help them get ahead.

I find it hillarious when I will often make a valid point like.. "We need to group" or something. Or point out the most obvious thing that everyone should see. And My suggestion will get shot down by these Higher ELO players like "stfu X/X/X" where they will spit my own KDA back at me...which, because its not as good as -thier- KDA, is supposed to IMMEDIATELY INVALIDATE MY POINT. Like because of my KDA, anything I say is worth less than mud. Like the arguement is over right there and they get to pull out the "I win, debate over" card Because....KDA.

What I found quite difficult to generalize is Diamond Players. There was a time last year where I was really good and I had a random Diamond Player every now and then in my games. Of course, I was not as good as them but their behavior is always so .. mysterious :D

One of them was a Dia4 Ahri in the mid lane and laning for him was ok, but nothing spectacular. This guy was the nicest player I have ever met. It wasn't his best game but he admitted it and was super chill to everybody. Gave good advice and was a good leader for our team. We weren't as good as he was but that was ok for him.

Then I had a Dia5 or something Shaco in my team and he was probably the most annoying player I have met, even comparing to bronze players. He spammed in the chat. He spammed pings. He said the word "noob" over and over again which usually is a sign of a very young player or a particularly bad one. Or both. If you used your spell a second to late, he would harass you for it all game.

As a S5 Bronze5 Myself I know how this feels. I try my hardest but its easy to just give up when all you hear is these teammates who are so full of themselves they will brag about hOw they are gold/diamond and will constantly hear "OMG why do I have to get fitted with these Bronzies" As a support main I had a game where I went 1/6/19. and I was told that I Didnt know how to play league and didnt know how to SUPPORT because....I ONLY HAD ONE KILL...as SUPPORT.

The players on this game are So arrogant, narcississtic and full of themselves they will take the kills, then throw thier support under the bus If the match goes south. As if thier constant berating, degrading, unsulting, and talking down to thier teammates had NO PART IN THE LOSS.

Player are so full of themselves they will spend an entire game harrassing and flaming thier team over ONE mistake (Had a "diamond" jungler flame me the ENTIRE GAME for accidentally taking some of his xp from 1st leash. Complaining about how he didnt reach lvl 2. It was an accident and jungle flamed and harrassed me the entire game)
