Can we call new sion a berserker rather than a juggernaut?

Ok, new sion may not me norse... however, new sion lives for at most 10 seconds with his passive and he looks more enraged than anything. His ulti has him scream, and charge and stops on the first thing it hits. Also, his kit is far from overwhelming. Champs like lee sin can jump circles around him before his q charges for a stun.
