Why is it when I call someone an imbecile, or tell them to "die", I get 2100 chat restrictions.
But dunkey writes a paragraph of extremely inappropriate insults on an hourly basis and gets a 5 day ban.

Probably because you do it more and still don't get the message to not treat people like shit after multiple bans
You can get baned for telling somone to die with all the people dieing from cyber bullying you know people comminting suicide
5 day bans aren't a thing only 7, 14 and perm, though Ive never actually heard of anyone getting a 7 day ban. It didn't happen today, the video was just uploaded today.
That said im pretty sure any duration ban is considered a more severe punishment than any chat restriction anyway.
Chat restrictions are getting reset in 5.18 for the new system that should work better and not do that.
