MF, even with new rework is r%%%%%ed AF. Skills make 0 sense for an AD champ. Why would AD carry 3/4 skills damage increase off AP!?!?! Rito you guys need to drug test Geeves because he is clearly on something.

corki is built the exact same way and it is done because they will be too strong, if corkis abilities scaled normally from ad he would be by far the top adc in the game also makes for use of tri force on someone besides corki
