What happens if I purchase both 20 wins & 50 days bonus IPs at the same time?
Do they replace each other or something?

They stack. So you will gain 200% of base IP (doesn't include First Win of the Day, Matched Game bonus etc) + per win flat bonus every game as long as those are in effect.
