Seriously now,what happened?
It was a really good concept and had the ability to gives allies mana.Will it still be made or did it got canceled?

I'd like to see this. I miss Soraka's ability to give allies mana and it's something that's never returned. But the reason we lost it was because Soraka's mana giver was also a powerful silence which, for a long time, was free.
Would probably be broken on Howling Abyss though.
I'm not familiar with those items but things get removed and put back on, back and forth, frequently on the PBE especially due to things like new patches going live. So it's still possible it could be on.
But I kind of doubt it going all the way through Giving mana to allies was one of the things that got Soraka sent to sit at the table in the back with OIaf and Evelynn.
