Riot Spamming skins on the same champions

Another Lux, Teemo, and Tristana set of skins... great its not like any of them just got big skins within the year... Can you guys maybe favour other champions. Prime example Viktor.. Hes very popular, he hasn't had a new skin since season 2/3. Why not DJ Viktor? damn even Talon is due for something too just looking through the champions last legit skin for him was season 2 as Dragonblade then they just gave him cheap SSW on the side. I understand champions that are awaiting a rework (Urgot/Warwick) but just the amount of Ahri, Jinx and Zed skins you guys are focusing on over there. Then to hear that Lux is going to be the next Ultimate skin, feels like she just got Star Guardian. Give something to us Viktor mains please. Let me know what you guys think in the comments is there any champions you feel are being left behind for skins that aren't awaiting a rework?

Im not sure why this is so down voted, when riot clearly does favour certain champions over others (most likely because they are more played and make more money). But the amount of Ahri and Annie skins is getting a little bit excessive. Unfortunately people do prefer certain champions over others and I do see why Riot would think Lux would be a good idea for the ultimate. Just look at all the people who got annoyed at the victorious maokai skin because "No one plays him" and people dont even have to pay for that! xD

As a Free2Play League player, I dont really care much for Skins. But I assume somewhere in RIOT HQ there is a database on which champion is more than likly to be bought(with RP )and played and those are the champions that are likely to have new skins to maximize in profits etc everything else i assume is low priority and would take a huge swing in community feedback to convince them other wise.
